Our Full Home Renovation and New Construction services are tailored to bring your dreams to life.
A full home renovation by Tamara Marie Designs means a comprehensive overhaul of your entire residence. This service includes structural changes such as modifying layouts, enhancing functionality, and updating electrical and plumbing systems to meet modern standards. Every room, from the kitchen to the bedrooms, undergoes a complete transformation to ensure cohesiveness and aesthetic
harmony. Exterior improvements, personalized interior design, and the integration of smart home technology further enhance the property's comfort, efficiency, and style.
Our New Construction Service is creating a completely new home from the ground up. This could also be an ADU (Accessory Dwelling Unit). The New Construction service provides you with the opportunity to bring your vision of a dream home into reality, with every element designed just for you—from the foundational layout to the final touches of decor.
Our Director of Client Services will reach out to you to schedule your Complimentary Discovery Call. During the call we will ask some initial questions about your project, in addition speak to you about our services. This should take about 30 minutes.
We want to learn about you and your project in detail. We visit your home or commercial space for an Onsite Creative Working Session with you. During this time, we will take lots of photos and measurements to curate the scope of work for your project. Onsite Consultation service fee: $650
This is when we get to work on creating your design. Our team takes 2 to 10 weeks to develop a Design Concept and we present the entire design to you for approval. 100% of the design concept development fee is required to begin work. Drafting and Architectural designs can extend the lead time in completing the design concept and have an additional fee.
On Trade Day, we have contractors and trades come onsite to do a walkthrough of your space. During this time, they take the measurements and notes needed to give you a detailed proposal. Any other trades discussed during the consultation will also come out to give estimates as well. If you have
selected a contractor this process is not required.
Once you agree to the design concept & budget, our design team moves into preparing design
documents. This will be in the form of renderings. The renderings will be used to illustrate the final approved design prior to producing the design documents for the general contractor for implementation and the design package presentation.
Our team will schedule a Design Package Presentation Meeting. The purpose of this meeting is to review
the Design Package that was presented, discuss the details and make final decisions of finished material selections. This is the final phase of design for approval.
It all comes together here! Our team implements the design and decor concept selected. We manage the sourcing, ordering of finished materials, working with trades, and installations to deliver a turnkey experience.
Project Closure is the final stage for our team to install all decor and styling items in your space if required. We request access to your space so that we can photograph the project for our portfolio. Interior decorating & styling is an additional design service fee.
